• Contact data you submit via demo or contact forms (name, email, phone, organization, role).
• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, referring sources, device type, approximate location at city level.
• UTM parameters if you arrive from a tracked campaign link.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) on this marketing website.

• To respond to your demo request or sales inquiry.
• To improve site content and measure campaign effectiveness.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Demo request submissions are retained for 18 months by default. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months).

• You can opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
