You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in violation of our robots policy, or use the Site to harass others.

Use of the Lumix Health platform itself is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed when you become a customer. These Site Terms do not grant any license to the platform.

The Site, including all text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Lumix Health and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lumix Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
